One of our core focuses is to create value for our customers' business.
In a close collaboration with our customers, we offer innovative sparring around the technological processes and logistics associated with the customer's products and delivery needs.
With many years of experience and a high level of training, we contribute to ensuring efficient prototyping processes, followed by an evaluation with recommendations for optimising the design from both a quality and cost point of view.
We also offer sparring around the overall logistics process with the possibility of adapting order sizes and deliveries based on the customer's supply needs.
PROTOTYPES
One of the most relevant steps of a product development is to produce prototype.
Fast and safe prototyping is an essential part of working with our customers.
In addition to ensuring flawless hardware for the developer's functionality testing, it is also at the prototyping stage, where the production process itself is verified. The experience gained from the prototyping process forms the basis of a DFM report, which is then produced as a feedback to the developer.
The report describes any errors found in the PCB design and documentation in relation to the production process and the standards specified. It also contains recommendations for optimising the production capability and the manufacturing cost to the extent that such issues are identified during the process.
In addition, our prototyping is done on main machines. So there is no movement when moving to actual production, which means fewer errors and smoother production of the final product.
