Our factory, built in 2009, has a flexible production layout consisting of 2,500 efficient m2 dedicated to tomorrow's EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) solutions. This enables us to match customer-specific requirements at any time - regardless of the size and complexity of the task.
We work with both automatic and manual assemblies, and we offer our customers everything from microwelding, coating, box build and much more.
SMD ASSEMBLY
Necas assembles over 130,000 components per hour. Fully automatic!
In the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) area, we have three production lines with three Fuji AIMEX III machines, which have integrated SPI, can measure L, C and R component values "on the fly" and have a vision system with co-planarity check for checking bent legs on components.
The machines handle components down to building type 01005 (0.6 x 0.4 mm) and up to 74 x 74 mm as well as odd-shape components, and a PCB size of 740 x 710 mm.
For the all-important paste print on a PCB, we use a laser-cut quality stencil and have printing machines with visual inspection of the print as well as the stencil opening. Subsequently, stencils are cleaned in a fully automatic washing process.
Reflow soldering takes place in nitrogen atmosphere in modern 7-zone furnaces with aftercooling, which allows to tailor a dedicated soldering profile for any product.
We also offer fully automatic washing with the possibility of automatic indication of cleanliness level. The process eliminates errors due to contamination and moisture, thus securing the products against aggressive environments.
HMD ASSEMBLY
Not all tasks can be solved on modern SMD assembly lines.
Therefore, Necas also offers manual component assembly, carried out by a competent and experienced team.
We cover the following processes:
Assembly according to detailed descriptions,
Lead-free or leaded wave soldering in fully automated process,
Automatic control of individual soldering profile,
Lead-free or leaded soldering with selective soldering robot in fully automatic process,
Automatic control of individual soldering program,
Soldering with "no-clean floss",
