Our factory has a flexible production layout consisting of 2,500 efficient m2 dedicated to EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Sevices) of robust and high-tech products that meet all quality requirements of each segment.
In addition to SMD, Manual Assembly and Box-Build, we also offer Spot Welding, Coating and Embedding, as well as Full Process Testing and After Sales Service.
MICRO SPOT WELDING
Necas has micro spot welding equipment that can perform single/double DC and CD pulse spot welds of ultra-thin materials. This type of materials is often used in medical and aerospace products and where high frequency inverter welding is not required.
The process is also used for traditional industrial products such as welding on battery terminals, where combining several batteries results in a specific, tailor-made "power-pack".
COATING AND EMBEDDING
At Necas, we have many years of experience in protecting electronics using various coating processes and 2-component epoxy encapsulation.
It can help products operate reliably in harsh environments where they might be exposed to vibration, moisture, heat and cold, for example on military combat vehicles, construction equipment or outdoors on marine vessels. It can also help products gain ATEX/IECEx approval for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, such as in the oil and gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
Necas is certified and approved for the production of ATEX and IECEx products.
TEST
We offer proven OEM production from start to end.
Together with the individual customer, the test matching the quality and functional requirements at all times is determined.
The test can be performed with customer supplied test equipment or with equipment supplied by Necas in cooperation with external partners - prepared according to the customer's specifications.
Solutions can range from a simple "power up" test to a complete functional test platform with software download. It can be a single test or a combination of several test types, e.g:
